Danielle Metoyer Mitchell
Danielle is a partner in the firm Mitchell Ramseur, LLC, in Greenville, South Carolina where she is a family court litigator. Danielle handles primarily complex custody cases. She represents individuals of all perspectives (grandparents, husbands, wives, aunts, uncles, stepparents, mothers and fathers) in domestic relations cases including those related to stepparent adoption, de facto custodians, child support, visitation, and equitable division.
As a Certified Family Court Mediator and Arbitrator, Danielle serves as a neutral to assist parties in resolving their family law disputes by agreement and to customize solutions on issues from support to parenting plans.
