Danielle M. Mitchell
Danielle is a partner in the firm Mitchell Ramseur, LLC, in Greenville, South Carolina where she is a family court litigator. Danielle primarily handles complex custody cases. She represents individuals of all perspectives, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, stepparents, mothers, and fathers. Danielle has extensive experience in a wide array of domestic relations issues, including those related to stepparent adoption, de facto custodians, child support, visitation, and equitable division.
As a Certified Family Court Mediator and Arbitrator, Danielle serves as a neutral to assist parties in resolving their family law disputes by agreement and to customize solutions on issues ranging from support to parenting plans.
